A spring colour palette brings to mind fresh meadows, budding flowers and pastel skies. Spring colours are warm, inviting and bloom with you, evoking a springtime scene that feels clean and fresh for the season. Of the four seasons, Spring is considered to have a warm temperature which means the best colours to wear for a Spring contain warm undertones like yellow, gold and peach. Springs generally have a lower value – falling on the lighter side with low contrast and a softly blended look – so lighter and brighter colours tend to look better on them.
Colourful Eyeshadow for Light Spring
Light Springs look incredible in soft pastel colours with a touch of warmth, so if you want your eyes to pop darling, try wearing muted pastels you might find in a spring meadow – think buttercup yellow, petal pink and heathered lavender. One of my personal favourite palettes for a Light Spring is my Digital Lilac eyeshadow palette; it has soft pinkened purple eyeshadow colours that create the most dazzling eye looks. Whether you want a pop of lilac on the lash line or to add definition to your crease with plummy purples, Digital Lilac is the palette to give you those fresh, springtime siren eyes.

Nude Eyeshadow for Light Spring
A pretty Pillow Talk makeup look is so dreamy on a Light Spring. Coral Lipstick for Light Spring
The muted colour palette of a Light Spring can be easily overpowered by a brighter shade of lipstick like a statement red or electric pink. You can still go brighter with your lipstick, darlings, but I suggest opting for a softer shade like a glowing coral. My Stoned Rose lipstick looks fabulous on a Light Spring! It has the sunshine warmth of a typical spring palette but shows a softer side of the coral colour family.
