STANDARD DELIVERY
£2.95 or FREE on orders over £49. Standard delivery is FREE for Level 1 and above Loyalty members on all orders. Please allow 2-5 working days to receive your order.*
For Click & Collect to your nearest Evri delivery point, please allow 2-5 working days from the date of your order for your parcel to be ready to collect.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed subject to bank holidays (non-working days) or disruptions, and delivery times may be affected accordingly.
EXPRESS DELIVERY
**Any orders placed on Express Delivery from Thursday 17th April will be delivered no later than Wednesday 23rd April.
£5.95 or FREE on all orders over £185. Express delivery is FREE for Level 3 and above Loyalty members on all orders.
Order before 10:30pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery, orders placed after 10:30pm or on Saturday-Sunday will be delivered within 1-2 working days**.
For Express Click & Collect, place your order before 8pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery to your nearest Evri Collection Point. Orders placed after 8pm or on Friday-Sunday will be ready to collect within 1-2 working days.
*Please note, express shipping is not available in Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, West Cornwall, Isle of Man and Channel Isles.
Special Locations
Orders shipping to the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day to deliver.
We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all orders over £250 delivered on a Next Day service, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
