Standard Shipping: Order by 18th December before 3:30pm GMT to receive your parcel in time for Christmas. Orders placed after this will be delivered after 27th December.

Express Shipping: Order by 20th December before 3:30pm GMT to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.

You will receive two interactive text messages informing you of your delivery status - the first the night before delivery and the second on the day of delivery, providing the option to reschedule to an alternate day if preferred. If you are not at home, a second delivery will be attempted the next working day.

All our delivery options are tracked and you'll be sent the tracking code once your order leaves our warehouse.

*For Next Day Delivery and Next Day Delivery in Gift Box, orders placed after 3:30pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday, and all orders placed Friday - Sunday will arrive on Tuesday the following week. For customers located in Northern Ireland or within the Highlands and Islands your order will be delivered by UPS with a 2-3 day lead time.

Special Locations

Orders shipping to the Channel Islands or the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day to deliver.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.

Free UK Shipping

If the total cost of your order is over £49 you will receive FREE Standard Shipping. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.

If your order is over £49 and you require Next Day Delivery then please select this option in your shopping bag. This option will be charged at £5.95.

If the total cost of your order is over £150 you will receive FREE Next Day Delivery in Gift Box. Orders will be packaged in a beautiful Charlotte Tilbury gift box tied with ribbon, and delivered on an express Next Day Delivery service. This will be automatically applied to your order in your shopping bag.

Insurance

Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered on a Next Day service, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
