SHIPPING INFORMATION
CURRENT SHIPPING STATUS
Due to adverse weather conditions, there are multiple closures affecting ground transportation of mail and parcels across Western Canada so you may experience a delay in receiving your order.
We offer FREE 2-Day standard shipping on all orders. We also offer Express Shipping for $20 on all orders. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 2-5 days after receipt of your order if you select standard shipping.
Orders placed by 2pm EST on weekdays will be processed within 48 hours. For more information, please see the chart below or call our Customer Service Team at 1-855-528-8495.
All orders ship via FedEx with the exception of orders delivering to PO Boxes. Orders shipping to PO Boxes are shipped via Canada Post. Please note that rural domestic addresses may require one or more additional days to deliver.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING - FREE ON ALL ORDERS
Standard ground shipping is free on all orders.
Please allow 2-4 business days to receive your order. All orders ship Monday - Thursday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Order by Tuesday 14th December before 2pm EST to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express delivery is currently unavailble.

Select your desired gift box ($5.00) in the GIFT WRAPPING section.
If sending as a gift, you can opt for a complimentary personal message which we’ll print and add to your order!
Orders must be placed by 2pm EST Monday-Thursday to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorized.
Business days and holidays
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. For Standard 2 Day shipping, and Fast N Fabulous shipping: orders must be placed by 2pm EST to be processed on the same business day. Otherwise, it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. Alternatively, you may also call our Customer Service team for help tracking your order: 1-855-528-8495.
Taxes and Tariffs
International taxes and tariffs will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. Duty and customs tariffs are set by the destination country. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system used by the countries. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs, and taxes will vary by country and will be determined during Checkout.
