Returns & Exchanges
We are committed to providing premium customer service to our customers and accept returns free of charge. If you receive products from charlottetilbury.com that do not meet your expectations, please return the unused or gently used products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Items returned more than 30 days from purchase will receive a store credit if within 60 days.
Exchanges cannot be processed at this time.
Please note: For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
- On the Return Form enclosed in your order please enter the quantity you wish to return and select the appropriate reason code.
- Please keep your returns shipping receipt as we are unable to track returned packages.
- Pack your returns in the original packaging and send in your item(s) to the following address:

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at email@example.com or call +1-855-528-8495 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an item you received as gift, you may exchange it for store credit to your Charlotte Tilbury account by following the returns procedure outlined above. The amount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase at charlottetilbury.com/ca/.
Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
