For Click & Collect to your nearest Evri delivery point, please allow 3-9 working days from the date of your order for your parcel to be ready to collect.

*Please note that delivery may be delayed subject to bank holidays (non-working days) or disruptions, and delivery times may be affected accordingly.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order.

£5.95 or FREE on all orders over £185. Express delivery is FREE for Rose Gold Loyalty members on all orders.

Order before 11pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery, orders placed after 11pm or on Saturday-Sunday will be delivered within 1-2 working days**.

For Express Click & Collect, place your order before 11pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery to your nearest Evri Collection Point. Orders placed after 11pm or on Friday-Sunday will be ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

*Please note, express shipping is not available in Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, West Cornwall, Isle of Man and Channel Isles.

We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

We will only accept returns on products purchased online at CharlotteTilbury.com.

For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.

Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
