MAGIC STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR SHADE!

MAGIC STEP 2: SWIPE ON WITH FINGERTIPS OR A BRUSH
Once you’ve selected your shade, it’s time to SWIPE ON TO MESMERISE! For a soft, effortless daytime look, use your fingertips to swipe on the creamy, hydrating, shimmering formula onto the centre of your eyelids. Or for a dialled-up date night look, apply and layer the buildable formula using the Eye Blender Brush, blending out the edges as you go!
MAGIC STEP 3: DEFINE YOUR LOWER LASH LINE
Next, using the Eye Smudger Brush, apply your cream eyeshadow along your lower lash-line to tie the look together and create the illusion of bigger, brighter looking eyes!
Tilbury Tip: You can widen and brighten the look of your eyes even more by applying the same, or a lighter shade to the inner corners of your eyes! For a universally flattering, eye-enhancing inner-corner shade, choose Eyes to Mesmerise in Champagne or the NEW! shimmering nude Exagger-Eyes.
MAGIC STEP 4: BLEND, BLEND, BLEND!
Ensure your look is blended to perfection by smudging the edges with a clean fingertip, and buffing the formula out in circular and windscreen-wiper motions using the Eye Blender Brush for a seamless finish and no harsh lines.

MAGIC STEP 5: LINE & DEFINE USING EYELINER
For some extra dreamy definition to your eye look, apply eyeliner to your upper lash line, bringing it up and out at the outer corners to create Charlotte’s signature ‘feline flick’!
The eyeliner you use depends on what look you want to create; if you’re using Eyes to mesmerise in Pillow Talk or Walk of No Shame, perfectly compliment your look by choosing the Pillow Talk or Walk of No Shame Eyeliner! Go simple with The Classic in Classic Brown or Black, or dial it up with a fierce cat-eye look using The Feline Flick liquid eyeliner pen.
