Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.
All of our deliveries require a signature and, as a result, we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. Orders purchased under a PO Box delivery will be returned to our UK warehouse and remain here until a new address is provided. The costs to reship the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Taxes and Tariffs
All Australian orders will be delivered on a DAP basis (delivery at place). As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately, we are unable to advise the amount this may be.
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
