Christmas Last Shipping Dates

Ground Shipping: Order by 18th December before 2pm EST to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.

Standard Shipping: Order by 19th December before 2pm EST to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.

Express Shipping: Order by 20th December before 12pm EST to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.

US Shipping options & charges

We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 2-3 days after receipt of your order.

Place your order before 4pm EST weekdays in order for it to be processed on the same day. For more information please see the chart below or call our Customer Service Team on 1-855-528-8495. Please note the special location exceptions listed below will require additional delivery time.

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. You may also call our Customer Service team to track your order 1-855-528-8495.

Special location exceptions

  • Unfortunately we do not currently ship to PO boxes.
  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
  • Expedited orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional day to deliver.
  • Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

Business days and holidays

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 2 Day shipping, and Express Delivery in Gift Box shipping: orders must be placed by 4pm EST to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

Charlotte Tilbury uses a third party provider to deliver the dropdown list of shipping destinations. Rather than individual country listings, the destinations shown are the result of the specific requirements of our provider’s network of couriers and the custom regulations for different destinations.

Important Information

Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorized.
