Items returned more than 30 days from purchase will receive a store credit if within 60 days.
Exchanges cannot be processed at this time.
Please note: For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.

- On the Return Form enclosed in your order please enter the quantity you wish to return and select the appropriate reason code.
- Pack your returns in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid U.S Postal Service Returns label to the outside of your parcel.

If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, you may exchange it for store credit to your Charlotte Tilbury account by following the returns procedure outlined above. The amount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase at charlottetilbury.com/us/.
