Please note: all services are tracked. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please visit the website of the courier and enter the code to track your order. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday.
All orders placed after 3:30pm GMT (Monday - Thursday) will be dispatched the following day.
Standard Delivery - €3.95
Standard Delivery costs €3.95. FREE on orders over €59 or FREE for Level 1 & 2 Loyalty Members on all orders. Delivered by UPS.

Express delivery - €9.95
Express orders placed after 1pm Wednesday 14th August, and before 1pm Thursday 15th August may be delayed by one working day due to Bank Holiday.
Express delivery costs €9.95 or FREE on orders over €230.
Order by 1pm CEST for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day. Delivery in 1 - 2 days.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
