Delivery options for the Netherlands
Please note: all services are tracked. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please visit the website of the courier and enter the code to track your order. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday.
All orders placed after 3:30pm GMT will be dispatched the following day, Monday – Thursday

(1-2 business days) €9.95 or FREE on all orders over €175. Order by Monday 21st December before 12:00pm GMT to receive your parcel in time for Christmas.Christmas Delivery: Order by Wednesday 16th December before 3:30pm GMT to receive your parcel in time for Christmas. Orders placed after this will be delivered after 29th December. Please note: Any order placed before 3:30pm GMT on 24th December will be delivered by Standard shipping on 6th January 2021.
Order before 12pm GMT for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Orders placed after 12pm GMT on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Taxes and duties
Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. Unfortunately we have no control over these costs as they are imposed by your local customs office and we are therefore unable to offer assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Perfume shipping restrictions
Due to International shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver our fragrance Scent Of A Dream by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance must be delivered via our standard shipping by road, most orders will be received within 5 – 7 working days.
