€3.95 or FREE on orders over €59. Standard delivery is FREE for Level 1 and above Loyalty members on all orders. Delivery lead times may vary by country, please allow up to 2-9 working days to receive your order.
Order before 13h00 on 17th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 12h00 on 23rd December in time for New Year's Eve. For deliveries to Norway & Switzerland, please place orders by 13h00 on 16th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 13h00 on 20th December in time for New Year's Eve. For deliveries to Poland, please place orders by 12h00 on 19th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 13h00 on 24th December in time for New Year's Eve.

€9.95 or FREE on all orders over €200. Express delivery is FREE for Level 3 and above Loyalty Members on all orders. Delivery in 1 - 2 days. Order by 1pm CET for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Order before 12h00 on 19th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 18h00 on 26th December in time for New Year's Eve. For deliveries to Norway & Switzerland, please place orders by 12h00 on 18th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 12h00 on 24th December in time for New Year's Eve. For deliveries to Poland, please place orders by 12h00 on 20th December to receive your parcel in time for Christmas, and 12h00 on 30th December in time for New Year's Eve.
Please note, all services are tracked. A dispatch confirmation email including a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse. Please visit the website of the courier and enter the code to track your order. Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
