Charlotte’s Superstars Terms and Conditions

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd. (together with Islestarr (defined below), “Charlotte Tilbury”, “we”, “us” or “our”) has launched a VIP loyalty programme, called Charlotte’s Superstars (the “Program” or “Charlotte’s Superstars”). Your participation in Charlotte’s Superstars is governed by these Charlotte’s Superstars Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). In addition, these Terms complement and incorporate by reference our Website Terms and Conditions of Use. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Website Terms and Conditions of Use, the Website Terms and Conditions of Use will control.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR FUTURE REFERENCE. BY PARTICIPATING IN CHARLOTTE’S SUPERSTARS, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE, AND YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES POLICY (EACH AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY BY EMAIL, AT LEGAL@CHARLOTTETILBURY.COM, AND WE WILL REMOVE YOU FROM CHARLOTTE’S SUPERSTARS.

Charlotte’s Superstars is operated by Islestarr Holdings Limited, company number 07712458, with its registered office at 8 Surrey Street, London, United Kingdom, WC2R 2ND (““Islestarr”).

Charlotte Tilbury may, at any time, choose to change the terms, terminate the Program, or close further participation in the Program, in its discretion.

Charlotte Tilbury reserves the right to change the Terms, including the eligibility or rewards under the Program at any time in its discretion. Unless we notify you otherwise, the amended Terms will be effective immediately and your continued participation in the Program after the amended Terms are posted will confirm your acceptance of the changes, therefore you should review these Terms regularly to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must contact us immediately by email at legal@charlottetilbury.com.

Participation in Charlotte’s Superstars

  1. Only Charlotte Tilbury customers aged 18 and over who receive an email invitation directly from Charlotte Tilbury are eligible to join Charlotte’s Superstars. The Program is intended for personal use only and commercial use by commercial customers and others purchasing items for resale are not eligible to participate in the Program. At Charlotte Tilbury’s discretion, current Charlotte Tilbury employees and contractors and immediate family members of such employees and contractors, may not be eligible to participate in the Program.
  2. Participation in the Program is solely at Charlotte Tilbury’s discretion.
  3. In the event that Charlotte Tilbury invites you to participate in the Program you may be contacted via email and given specific instructions on what else you need to do in order to be invited into the Program.
  4. If you are invited to join Charlotte’s Superstars, you will receive confirmation via an email. This welcome email will confirm that you are eligible for entry into Charlotte’s Superstars and include a link to a landing page within Charlotte’s Superstars webpage and information about the benefits of being one of Charlotte’s Superstars.

Being a member of Charlotte’s Superstars

  1. Once you have been invited to join Charlotte’s Superstars, your membership will continue for one year from the date of invite (Membership Period) provided (1) we decide to continue Charlotte’s Superstars. We are entitled to end Charlotte’s Superstars and/or withdraw of amend any associated benefits at any time.

Rewards

  1. During your period of membership, you will be notified of any reward that you are entitled to as a member of Charlotte’s Superstars which may include for example discounted products, exclusive event invitations, prize draws, and free delivery (“Reward”).
  2. You will be able to review the current live Rewards in your Magic Vault accessed via your Charlotte Tilbury account.
  3. When you access the Charlotte’s Superstar page of the Magic Vault you will see details of your current Reward, and how to redeem them, along with specific terms and conditions related to it.
  4. Unless specified, Rewards can only be accessed/redeemed on CharlotteTilbury.com.
  5. Rewards are subject to availability, and for a limited period only. We reserve the right to make substitutions in our sole discretion.
  6. Rewards have no cash value, may not be sold/transferred, and you are not able to return them for a refund. Only you may use the Rewards, they cannot be used by or for a third party.

Data Protection

  1. We are the data controller of any personal information that we collect from you in order to administer Charlotte’s Superstars. We take the protection of your personal information seriously. You can find out more about how we process your information by viewing our Privacy Policy. You can manage your preferences, or unsubscribe, at any time by logging on to your CharlotteTilbury.com account.
  2. Please note that, in accordance with the Privacy Policy, you can opt out of receiving emails from Charlotte’s Superstars at any time. There is an unsubscribe link on every email that you receive about Charlotte’s Superstars and other marketing from us, or you can email us at legal@charlottetilbury.com requesting that we remove you from Charlotte’s Stars, and we will do so.

General

  1. At Charlotte Tilbury’s sole discretion, your eligibility to participate in Charlotte’s Superstars may be revoked if you fail to comply with these Terms, or should we decide to terminate Charlotte’s Superstars at any time.
  2. Each person can only have one account in Charlotte’s Superstars. We reserve the right to carry out any checks to verify the validity of your participation in Charlotte’s Superstars. If we find that the same person is enrolled in Charlotte’s Magic Vault more than once (including under different names or addresses), your data and benefits will only be counted once, and unnecessary accounts will be deactivated.
  3. Charlotte’s Superstars is offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or amend Charlotte’s Superstars at any time. Where possible, we will provide you with notice of any significant changes to these Terms but would encourage you to come back and review this page from time to time. If you continue to interact with Charlotte’s Superstars, you will be deemed to have accepted any changes.
  4. Charlotte’s Superstars is for personal use by the account holder only.
  5. Charlotte’s Superstars is not intended for customers that are re-sellers.
  6. Any products and/or samples that you receive as rewards may not be sold. Any discount code, free shipping, free or discounted services, masterclasses or competitions may not be used by any third party.
  7. See our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, to understand how we collect and process your personal data.
  8. We reserve the right to suspend or to terminate your membership of Charlotte’s Superstars if, in our discretion, we consider that you have breached these Terms, supplied false or misleading information or acted improperly or in an abusive, defamatory, criminal, or offensive way to any other member or to our staff.
  9. These Terms shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Additional Terms Relating to Rewards

  1. The following Additional Terms are in addition to these Terms and relate to Rewards offered at the start of the Program and should be read in conjunction with the rest of the Terms. Charlotte Tilbury retains the right to amend or withdraw any or all of these Rewards at any time. Additional Terms and Conditions may be issued in the event of any changes to the Rewards, and/or any new Rewards being introduced. We suggest you refer to the Terms and Conditions regularly so that you are aware of any changes.

15% off 6 Lipsticks for 12 Months

  1. You will be proved a unique code that you can utilise up to six times during your Membership Period entitling you to 15% off one lipstick SPRSTRLP21US. You can redeem your Discount Code on lipsticks in up to four of the main lipstick franchises: KISSING; Matte Revolution; Hot Lips and Hot Lips 2.
  2. You cannot redeem the Discount Code on new lipsticks, which means the Discount Code cannot be used on a new lipstick for a period of 13 weeks from when the new lipstick product first goes live on www.CT.com
  3. The Discount Code can only be used on six occasions and not in conjunction with any other offers, sales or discounts
  4. The Discount Code must not be shared with anyone else.

Free Standard Shipping

  1. You will be entitled to free shipping on orders made on www.CT.com during your Membership Period, subject to these Terms
  2. Such orders must be placed by and for you and the delivery address must be to your billing address. Note shipping to a third party and/or overseas shipping is not allowed.
  3. To redeem free standard shipping you must be logged into your Charlotte Tilbury account at the point of purchase and the free shipping will update automatically.
  4. In the event that you forget to log in, you will not retrospectively be able to retrieve the shipping cost
  5. This does not include gift-wrapping.

Complimentary Virtual Consultation

  1. During your Membership Period you will be entitled to book and attend 30 minute or 45 minute Virtual Consultations (subject to availability) free of charge. These will be classed as “Free of Charge Appointments” as per the Virtual Consultation Terms and Conditions, and you will not receive any Discount Code.
  2. The Virtual Consultation must be booked and attended by you, and cannot be booked or attended by any third party (including yourself)
  3. You must book the Virtual Consultation by entering the Charlotte Superstar’s Vault page where you will be able to book.
  4. Except as set out in these Terms, booking and attendance must be in accordance with the Virtual Consultations Terms and Conditions which can be found here and by booking and/or attending a Virtual Consultation you agree to those Terms and Conditions.

Birthday Gift

  1. You will be entitled to receive one Birthday Gift on your birthday during your Membership Period. This will be by way of a one-time code which will be emailed to you. This may be subject to Terms and Conditions that will be provided at the time.
  2. We will only send you a Birthday Gift where you have provided your date of birth in your Charlotte Tilbury Account at least two weeks prior to your Birthday.
  3. You can only redeem one Birthday Gift during your Membership Period. 24/7 Hotline You will be provided with a “Hotline” number, for the purpose of discussing products with a member of the Charlotte Tilbury team.   4. Phonecalls to this number are toll free, but may incur charges if called from a mobile phone depending on your mobile network charges, or if called from outside of the country the number is associated with. You must ensure you have the permission of the bill payer before calling.
  5. The Hotline number is for your use only during your Membership Period and must not be shared with or used by any third party.
  6. The Hotline may not always be available. We retain the right to remove your access to the Hotline at any time.
  7. When using the Hotline, you cannot request or be guaranteed to speak to a specific individual.

Rewards - Eligibility

  1. The Rewards are only available to customers purchasing from the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, EU (including France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain) and Hong Kong pages of the www.charlottetilbury.com website.
  2. The Rewards are for members of Charlotte’s Superstars during their Membership Period only, and must not be shared with or used by any third party.
  3. By using the Rewards you are deemed to have read, accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, any other requirements set out in the promotional material for the specific Reward (in the event of a conflict, the requirements set out in the promotional material will take precedence), as well as all applicable laws and regulations, including without limitation those governing copyright, content, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others’ computer or communication systems
  4. By using the Rewards you confirm that you are eligible to do so and are eligible to redeem any Discount Code or benefit from any Reward. We may require you to provide proof of such eligibility.
  5. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify from further (or any) use of any of the Rewards if we have reason to believe you are tampering with the operation of the Program, or to be acting in any manner deemed by Charlotte Tilbury to be in violation of these Terms, relevant laws and/or regulations and/or third party rights.

Limitation of Liability

  1. Charlotte Tilbury is not responsible for any damage or loss suffered by any Member or individual where such damage or loss was not, at the time the entry into Membership or use of the Reward was made, a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach of these Terms, or where the Program or a Reward does not run as planned.
  2. Charlotte Tilbury will not be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of third parties involved in any Reward, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the Members of any such failure.
  3. Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude Charlotte Tilbury’s liability: (a) for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (b) for fraud; or (c) further than is permitted by law.

General

  1. Charlotte TIlbury reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend any Reward where it becomes necessary to do so without prior notice.
  2. By using the Reward, the Member or participant indemnifies Charlotte Tilbury against any and all actions, claims, damages, expenses or liabilities suffered or incurred directly or indirectly by us in consequence of any breach or alleged breach, non-performance or non-observation by the participant of any agreement, conditions, obligation or warranty on the part of the participant herein. The Member or participant hereby waives and releases Charlotte TIlbury and each of its parent, affiliated, subsidiary and/or related entities and parties from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the entry.
  3. Charlotte Tilbury reserves the right to cancel or amend these Additional Terms Relating to Rewards at any time without prior notice.
