How to apply
Eyes to Mesmerise:
- Apply a gorgeous wash of colour with a Blender Brush, or pop on a brightening shimmer with your fingertips.
- Apply a light wash of colour for a weightless daytime veil of makeup magic or dial it up and build intensity for a more iridescent finish! Tilbury Tip: You can make your eyes look wider and brighter by running Eyes to Mesmerise underneath the lash line with a Smudger Brush.
Legendary Lashes Volume 2:
- Brush on Legendary Lashes Volume 2 mascara, starting from the inner corner.
- Zigzag the brush upwards from the very root of the lashes to curl and separate.
- Apply to the lower lashes for a fluttery finish
