£2.95 or FREE on orders over £49. Standard delivery is FREE for Silver and Rose Gold Loyalty members on all orders.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed subject to bank holidays (non-working days) or disruptions, and delivery times may be affected accordingly.

Order before 10pm Monday-Friday for next day delivery, orders placed after 10pm or on Saturday-Sunday will be delivered within 1-2 working days**.
For Express Click & Collect, place your order before 10pm Monday-Thursday for next day delivery to your nearest Evri Collection Point. Orders placed after 10pm or on Friday-Sunday will be ready to collect within 1-2 working days.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all orders over £250 delivered on a Next Day service, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
