Delivery Information
DELIVERY
Delivery costs $30 HKD. Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) or before 11am (Saturday) will be received in Hong Kong SAR within 1-2 days and to outlying islands within 2-3 days. Orders placed after these times will be received in Hong Kong SAR within 2-3 days, outlying islands 3-4 days.
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised. Orders placed before 22nd December will be delivered between Christmas & New Year, all other orders will be shipped on/after 3rd January.

Returns Information
We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
We will only accept returns on products purchased online at CharlotteTilbury.com.
For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
