DELIVERY
Delivery costs $30 HKD.
Orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) or before 11am (Saturday) will be received in Hong Kong SAR within 1-2 days and to outlying islands within 2-3 days. Orders placed after these times will be received in Hong Kong SAR within 2-3 days, outlying islands 3-4 days.
Orders placed before 22nd December will be delivered between Christmas & New Year, all other orders will be shipped on/after 3rd January.
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.

Important Information
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.
Insurance
Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered on a Next Day service, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
