STANDARD DELIVERY
€3.95 or FREE on orders over €59. Standard delivery is FREE for Level 1 and above Loyalty members on all orders. Please allow 7-9 working days to receive your order. All orders placed after 3:30pm CEST (Monday - Thursday) will be dispatched the following day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
€9.95 or FREE on all orders over €200. Express delivery is FREE for Level 3 and above Loyalty Members on all orders.
Delivery in 1 - 2 days. Order by 12pm for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
Returns Information
We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
