Delivery Information
Standard delivery - €3.95: FREE on all orders over €59 or FREE for Level 1 & 2 Loyalty Members on all orders. Please allow 7-9 working days to receive your order.
Express delivery - €9.95; FREE on all orders over €230. Delivery within 1-2 business days.
Express orders placed after 12pm Wednesday 14th August, and before 12pm Thursday 15th August may be delayed by one working day due to Bank Holiday.
Order before 12pm BST for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

We will accept returns on unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
For all bundle purchases, individual components may not be returned separately.
Please note that engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty once opened.
