How to apply
Luxury Palette of Pops in Dazzling Diamonds: I have decoded the secret to mesmerising eyes in an easy to use application ritual.
- Apply the shades wet or dry for a dazzling finish!
- To apply the shades dry, press on to the centre of your lid using your fingertip for intense colour payoff!
- Can also be used as eyeshadow toppers!
- For the ULTIMATE sparkling finish that plays with the light, apply the shades wet using the Smudger Brush!
The Classic
- Sweep the eyeliner pencil across your upper lash line for a softly defined eye.
Pillow Talk Push Up Lashes! mascara
LOAD, COMB & LIFT APPLICATION
- Hold the brush horizontally and use the flat side to push upwards and coat the lashes
- Twist the wand and brush through with the bristled side to comb each individual lash from root to tip
- Wiggle the bristles from side to side, base to tip, to separate, lift and define the lashes
- Use the wand vertically to stroke upwards and precision paint the lashes in the inner and outer corners
Tilbury Tip: Precision paint lashes by using the end of the wand for even MORE definition and separation!
