How to Create Dreamy Blue Smokey Eye Makeup For Brown Eyes

  1. An eyeshadow blending brush in a rose gold and dark crimson colour scheme.

    Step 1

    Begin with your Luxury Palette in Super Blue, applying the shimmering gold PRIME shade all over your eyelid using the Eyeshadow Blender Brush.

    Step 2
