We offer FREE Ground Shipping on all orders. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 2-3 days after receipt of your order.

Charlotte Tilbury uses a third party provider to deliver the dropdown list of shipping destinations. Rather than individual country listings, the destinations shown are the result of the specific requirements of our provider’s network of couriers and the custom regulations for different destinations.
Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorized.
All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 2 Day shipping, and Fast N Fabulous shipping: orders must be placed by 4pm EST to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. You may also call our Customer Service team to track your order 1-855-528-8495.
