We hope you love our products, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, returns and exchanges are easy. Just return the item in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order, and enclose a completed Returns Form in your parcel.

For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.

Please follow the instructions below so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

  • On the Return Form enclosed in your order please enter the quantity you wish to return and select the appropriate reason code.
  • For exchanges please order your replacement items online or call our Customer Service Team on 1-855-528-8495 for assistance.

  • Pack your returns in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid U.S Postal Service Returns label to the outside of your parcel.

You will be notified by email once your returns have been received. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact us at [email protected] or call 1-855-528-8495 within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you wish to return an item you received as gift, you may exchange it for store credit to your Charlotte Tilbury account by following the returns procedure outlined above. The amount will be automatically deducted from your next purchase at charlottetilbury.com/us/.
