How To Apply Liquid Lipstick

Liquid lipstick should be applied after your base and eye products and before blush and setting spray. When applying makeup, foundation and concealer can transfer onto your lips, so before you reach for one of my matte-meets-moisture liquid lipsticks, use my Take It All Off makeup remover to gently dissolve any makeup from your lips.

With my SHAKE, SOAK and SWIPE technique, activate Take It All Off by gently shaking the bottle and then soak a gentle cotton pad with the makeup-melting formula. Dab your cotton pad onto the lips – being careful not to disrupt your foundation – and let the conditioning formula remove even long-wearing makeup.
