What are tanning drops and what do tanning drops do?

Tanning drops are a concentrated self-tanning product that you apply to your clean skin under, mixed in with, or on top of your moisturiser. Working in harmony with your moisturiser, tanning drops help to deepen the look of your skin tone over time, creating a finish that is similar to what you would achieve sunbathing; that dreamy, lit-from-within golden bronzed glow!

How do tanning drops work?

Like other forms of self-tanner, tanning drops feature the active ingredient dihydroxyacetone (DHA), which causes the keratin on the surface of your skin to temporarily turn deeper. While exposing your skin to harmful UV rays can be damaging to your skin, self-tanning drops are a completely safe way of achieving a sun-kissed complexion.

Tanning drops work best when applied to clean, dry skin. Their formulas are usually buildable so that you can customise the depth of your tan – the more drops you apply, the deeper your final colour will be!

How long do tanning drops take to develop?
