HOW TO APPLY CHARLOTTE’S NEW! GLITTERING EYESHADOW PALETTE

To create a bedazzling smokey eye, follow Charlotte’s easy PRIME-ENHANCE-SMOKE-POP application ritual!

You can apply the shades wet, dry or on top of other eyeshadows for a dazzling finish! To apply the shades dry, press on to the centre of your lid using your fingertip for intense colour payoff, or for the ULTIMATE sparkling finish that plays with the light, apply the shades wet using the Smudger Brush!

    STEP 1: PRIME WITH SPARKLING CHAMPAGNE PINK

    Begin by applying the champagne pink PRIME shade onto your whole eyelid and inner corner. This shimmering, universally-flattering shade creates an eye-brightening base for your smokey eye!
