HOW TO CREATE THE HAPPY GLOW TOPAZ-INSPIRED EYESHADOW LOOK

  1. Single-eye close-up of a deep-tone model with brown eyes wearing shimmery topaz and brown eyeshadow with dark brown eyeliner pencil.

    MAGIC STEP 1: METALLIC COPPER ROSE

    Apply the metallic copper-rose PRIME shade all over the entire eyelid using the Eye Blender Brush. Remember to blend for a seamless-looking finish!
