In a special edition of Charlotte Tilbury’s Cover Look Series she is demonstrating an easy Halloween makeup look, recreating Kate Moss’ fabulous and fierce cat makeup for the cover of ID Magazine. This episode is a step by step makeup tutorial showing how you can create a dramatic cat eye feline flick with super sculpted cheekbones and gorgeous nude matte lips.
Products I Used
Step 1: Start with a beautiful base, using Magic Cream moisturiser, Magic Eye Rescue cream and Magic Foundation for a poreless, flawless complexion. To go all out, bleach your brows to really add emphasis to your feline flick.
Step 2: For a feline eye, start your line right at the inner corners, drawing them in slightly for an inverted flick. Then draw a line all the way along your lash line, extending upwards and outwards for a fierce flick.
Step 3: Then line from the inner corner along the lower lash line and waterline, connecting with the upper line to create an almond-shaped eye. Use your Smudger brush to smudge along the line so you have a smokey finish.
Step 4: Go as thick or as thin with your eyeliner now that you have your shape! Then use a cotton bud to neaten up your line for sharp definition.
Step 5: Apply your Full Fat Lashes mascara and false eyelashes for a feline, cat-like lash.
Step 6: Contour your face using the Contour Wand, shading your temples, sides of nose, hollows of cheeks and jawline to sculpt out your facial framework. Then buff in your Beauty Light Wand on top of your cheekbones, nose, forehead, chin and Cupid’s bow.
Step 7: Outline your lips using the Lip Cheat lip liner in Iconic Nude, reshaping, resizing and redefining your pout for a fuller looking finish.
Step 8: Fill in your lips with Hollywood Lips matte liquid lipstick in Charlotte Darling and tap in with your finger to create a stained lip effect.
