Last shipping date for Christmas Delivery is 15th December

- Standard and Express (DPD Road) trackable. All orders must be placed before 3:30pm GMT

- An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has dispatched from our Distribution Centre. For other country options, please click the currency drop down menu located in the top left-hand corner.

Please note: Our warehouse will be closed on the 25th and 26th of December, as well as the 1st of January (in addition to regular weekend closures). Any orders placed after 3pm on the 28th of December will be dispatched on Tuesday the 2nd of January.

• Please note: all services are tracked, a dispatch confirmation email, including a tracking code will be sent when your order leaves our warehouse, please visit the website of the courier and enter the code to track your order.

• All orders placed after 3:30pm will be dispatched the following day, Monday – Friday

• Next Day orders placed after 3:30pm Friday - Sunday will be delivered by the following Tuesday

Order before 3.30 pm for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, orders will be dispatched within this timeframe. Orders placed after 3:30 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Whether gifting loved ones or treating yourself, you can choose to have your Tilbury Treasures wrapped in a signature bow-tied gift box at step 4 of checkout.

If sending as a gift, you can opt for a complimentary personal message which we’ll print and add to your order!

Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer should goods be ordered from our website for delivery outside the UK. Unfortunately we have no control over these costs as they are imposed by your local customs office and we are therefore unable to offer assistance on these processes. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorised.

Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Ltd until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Due to International shipping restrictions, we are unable to deliver our fragrance Scent Of A Dream by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance must be delivered via our standard shipping by road, most orders will be received within 5 – 7 working days.
